Service Requests
To contact your Managing Agent, please visit the Towne Properties Resident Portal (MyTOWNE). In order to access this service, you will need a user profile separate from the user profile on the Association’s website.
 
Typical Service Requests may include:
  • Common area maintenance requests
  • Account and billing inquiries
  • Violation inquires or disputes
Please note, making changes to the outside of your home or lot requires a review process known as an Improvement Application. You may access the Improvement Application Form and learn about the process by selecting Improvement Application available under the Residents option on the navigation bar.
